Two Factor Authentication is automatically enabled in user accounts when signing in.

Upon sign in, you will be asked to complete a test verification flow.

Next, an email will be sent to the email address on file within the Breezeway account.

Please note that the email may take a few minutes to arrive based on email provider functionality and mailbox refresh rates.

  • When the verification code is successfully entered, the feature will be enabled.

Authentication When ON

As part of the platform login flow, you will be prompted to enter the 2FA code that you received via email to successfully login. This will be in effect for all Breezeway touchpoints, including:

  • Web app / Mobile web

  • Operations App

  • Messaging App

  • If you log in via a device that they have already 2FA authenticated with, you will not need to re-authenticate within a certain time period.

  • If the 2FA code is not received via email or the 10 minute time period has expired before entry, a code can be resent using the “Resend” option on the code entry window.
