Once you've added Messaging to your account, there is information about your business that our team will need to register your phone number to ensure it is compliant with federal rules.
Once our team has purchased your phone number, you can add the necessary information right into your Breezeway account. You can access the page to add that information in one of two ways:
When you log into your Breezeway account, you will see a yellow banner at the top of your account, asking you to submit your business information. You can select Submit Here to be directed to the page.
You can also access the page by navigating to your initials/avatar in the bottom left corner and selecting Settings --> Messaging.
Once you reach the Messaging page in your account, scroll down to the section titled Messaging Compliance. Select Edit to enter your business information. Review the instructions for accurate submission, and select Submit when done.
