If you will be utilizing eviivo as your PMS, please let our Breezeway team know. They will provide you with your Breezeway Company ID. You will need this ID to connect eviivo.
Step 1: Log into Breezeway
Ensure you have your Breezeway Company ID available.
Step 2: Click on the little man icon at the top right hand corner of Suite.
Select Partner Integrations --> Breezeway Integration.
Click on Add New Connection.
Enter your Breezeway Company ID.
Step 3: Map your eviivo Suite inventory to Breezeway.
Select Manage.
Choose how you want to map your eviivo inventory to Breezeway.
Select Property-level mapping. This option is suitable for eviivo Suite properties that are configured as a single rental unit.
The entire property is mapped to a Breezeway property (managed as a single cleaning/maintenance job).
Select the eviivo Suite properties or inventory you wish to create or map with Breezeway. The successful mapping of each unit will be confirmed on-screen.
Important Notes
A successful mapping sets in motion the synchronization of bookings from eviivo Suite to the Breezeway schedule. This process can take some time when you first run it, depending on how many bookings you have in your Diary. Thereafter the mapping is automated.
You can manually re-sync your bookings for any mapped property or unit by clicking the Sync button on the Breezeway Partner Integrations screen.
