NOTE: If you are switching PMS Partners it is important to notify Breezeway Support. Adding the integration will cause duplication of properties if you already have an integration enabled. If this is the case, please notify your Account Manager, or Contact Support so we can set up a PMS migration for you.

Step 1: Generate a Hostaway API Secret Key and get your Account ID

1. In Hostaway generate a new secret API key by going to Settings → Hostaway API

2. Here you will find your Account ID (5 digits)

3. Click "Generate API secret key" to get your API Key

Step 2: Connect Hostaway in your Breezeway account

4. Enter your Hostaway Account ID and Secret Key and click “Connect”
