Companies may choose to offer tasks on a first come, first serve basis, and below is a brief explanation of how that works!

  • If the company chooses to use the Claim Task feature AND you have the option to Accept/Decline tasks, this applies to you.

  • You'll get a task offer as usual, however, if more than one person is offered the task, it will be assigned to the FIRST person that accepts it.

  • Any other people that were offered the task will see the offer rescinded.

  • If you are a Service Partner Company, you must accept the task offer first to get the assignment regardless of the Accept/Decline setting.

If your company is using this option, please note that you'll need to take quick action to accept the task, as it is on a first come, first serve basis. This means that the first person to accept will get the task, and it will be removed from all other users who initially received the offer.

To ensure that you are receiving notifications for task assignments, follow these steps on the mobile app:

  1. Select the 3 lines in the top left corner of the mobile app.

  2. Select your name at the bottom left of the screen.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Select how you want to receive notifications- Email, SMS, Push

It's that easy! If you have any further questions about this feature, we suggest reaching out to an administrator/point of contact for the company assigning tasks to you.
