Owner Reporting

Breezeway understands the importance of owner visibility into the work completed and issues reported at their property. Owner property reports provide insight into the activity on individual properties, and once set up, those reports are automatically sent to owners, either weekly or monthly.


Getting Started

At the property level, you'll navigate to Property Settings to enter the owner information where the report will be sent. You'll enter the Owner Name and Owner Email, and check the box to send the report either Weekly or Monthly.

  • Weekly Reports are sent every Monday at approximately 8am (in the property's time zone). This report will have all activity from the previous week.

  • Monthly Reports are sent on the first day of the month at approximately 8am (in the property's time zone). This report will have all activity from the previous month.

You also have the option to include a summary link in the report. By toggling that on, you're given the options to include:

  • Task Descriptions in summary- will show under the task title

  • Task Report links in summary- this is the same report that can be shared from the Task Details menu.


Configuring Task Reports

You can choose what information is included in the Task Report by navigating to your initials in the bottom left corner and selecting 'Settings.' From there, you will select 'Task report' and choose what is included by default in the reports.


Email Content

Once you've completed the set up at your properties. the email will be send weekly or monthly and includes 3 different metrics.

  • Total tasks completed at the property during the timeframe

  • Total time logged by staff while completing tasks

  • The current number of open issues at the property (at the time the email was sent)

The link to the Task Detail summary page will also be included if it was enabled during set up.
