Help with resetting your password

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password to login, follow the next steps to reset your password:

1. Visit the Breezeway Login page and click on the Forgot Password. If you are currently logged in, log out of your profile to get to this sign in screen so you can reset your password.

2. You will receive a reset password link to your email. Click on it to reset your password.


Changing your current password

1. If you are currently logged in and you want to change your password, click on your profile and go down to the password section.

2. You will need to provide your current password in order to change it.

If you do not remember your current password, you will need to sign out of your account, and use the 'Forgot Password' link from the login page (repeating step 1 & 2 in the first section of this article).

If you are still having trouble, or you have not received the reset password email, contact us using the chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, or email us at support@breezeway.io


Can I reset a staff member's password?

If a staff member cannot remember their password, they must reset it themselves. On the login page, they can click on the 'Forgot Password' link and enter the e-mail associated with the account. This will send an email with a link to reset their password.
