Set up your account information

This article explains how to customize your Account Info and Company Info pages.

The next step in customizing your account involves the setup of your Account and Company Info pages.

Account Info

To access this page -

1. Hover over your initials in the bottom left hand corner of the screen, and then click on Settings.

2. This will bring launch you directly into your General Settings. Next, navigate to the Settings Sub-Bar and click on the first tab, Account Info.

Here, you can edit:

  • Name

  • Email

  • Phone number

    • In order to receive SMS notification, you will need to verify your number.

  • Password change

  • Regional Preferences

    • Time zone

    • Time format- 12 hour or 24 hour

Company Profile

The Company Profile tab is located underneath the Account Info tab in the Settings sub-menu.

If you are an Administrator, you will be able to add additional information about your company. The personalized reports to homeowners will include the information from this page. The Messaging and Guide Module, similarly, will pull information directly from this page. Additionally, after making changes to your company information, it is recommended to log out and log back in to ensure the updates display correctly across your account.

You can edit:

  • Company name, contact information, and logo

  • Currency preference

  • Business hours

    ​When changing the company name:

  • Log into your Breezeway account.

  • Navigate to the settings where company or vendor details are managed.

  • Update the company or vendor name as desired.

  • Log out and log back in to confirm that the changes display correctly.

Troubleshooting Issues with Changing Company Details

If you face issues while trying to update the company details:

  1. Ensure you are following the correct steps provided above.

  2. Verify that you have the necessary permissions within the system to make such changes.
