As you have set up your Blueprint, you have also designated those scenarios which require the Assist team to create a task for your team. This article will provide some additional information on those tasks!


Task Template

When creating a task for your team, Assist will utilize the template Breezeway Assist Escalation, which is located in each department's template list. Once the template is selected by the Assist agent, it will populate additional fields for the agent to document the guest inquiry or concern. This template also populates a task tag, 'Breezeway Assist.'

The Assist team will create a task for the department indicated in Blueprint for that scenario.

If you need to make any changes to departments or task assigness, you can do that directly in your Blueprint. Learn how to make those Blueprint updates here.


Saved Views

Using Saved Views on your Tasks page will allow you to easily find the tasks that the Assist team created the day before. As a default, the Assist team will create the task and the due date will be the following day. Watch the video below to learn how to create a Saved View for Assist tasks!
