All Tasks List on Mobile

  • Available: July 30th

  • Admins and Supervisors can now view an All Tasks list in the mobile app, providing a comprehensive view of their team’s workload based on a selected date range. This new view mirrors what’s available on the web, making it easier to manage operations on the go.

    • Use this new mobile view to:

      • Monitor multi-day task workloads

      • Spot unassigned or overdue tasks

      • Filter by team member, property, task type, and more

      • Service Provider view coming soon

Linen Stop Number

  • Available: July 30th

  • Planning linen delivery and pick-up just got easier. Admins and Supervisors can now assign a Linen Stop No. to each property in Breezeway, reflecting its order along a route. This stop number is visible in Property Details and on the Properties page, where it can be edited individually or in bulk.

  • In the mobile app, field teams can also sort tasks by Linen Stop No., making it easier to follow logical, efficient routes during their day. Learn how to use Linen Stop Numbers →

Export to Partner Status

  • Available: July 24th

  • Clients can now view the status of exported tasks directly within Breezeway. A new section under “Manage Exports” in Task View shows all previous exports, including whether each task successfully pushed to the PMS and its associated external ID. This added visibility makes it easier to confirm what’s synced and quickly troubleshoot any failed exports with our team.

Push task updates to Guesty Inbox

  • Available: July 16th

  • Clients using Guesty and Breezeway can now see key task status updates like when a task is created or scheduled right in the Guesty inbox tied to the reservation. This makes it easier to stay in the loop on guest issues without switching between platforms and gives Guesty users better visibility into what’s happening behind the scenes.

Manage People improvements

  • Available: July 16th

  • We’ve made it easier to organize and update your team. Admins can filter users by role, group, or department, and use a new bulk action to update departments for multiple team members at once. These improvements help save time and streamline user management, especially as teams grow.

Scheduled reports

  • Available: July 15th

  • The new Scheduled Report Exports feature lets you set up automatic email deliveries of standard or custom reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Learn more about scheduled reporting→
