Push Task Updates Back to Guesty Inbox

Receive task updates in your Guesty inbox so that you can stay in the loop with guest escalations.

Breezeway can automatically send task update messages updates back into your Guesty inbox as internal notes to ensure ensure that your team has full visibility into guest-impacting issues, task escalations, and resolution updates, all from within Guesty.

How It Works

  1. When you create a task within Breezeway and choose a property occupied by a guest, you can opt to push task updates back to the guest conversation in Guesty's inbox.

  2. These updates will be logged as internal notes in the Guesty inbox thread associated with the reservation.

  3. These status updates will send as the task progresses in Breezeway (I.e., “task scheduled, re-scheduled, started, completed”).

Important to Note

  • This feature is only for clients who are using Guesty as their PMS integration provider, and also subscribe to Breezeway Messaging.

  • This feature requires clients to use the "Task Updates" feature in Breezeway to be enabled.
