Scheduled Reports allow you to automate the delivery of task-related reports from Breezeway to your email inbox. Instead of manually exporting reports every day, week, or month, you can now schedule reports to be sent automatically—saving time and ensuring you have key data delivered when you need it!
Setup
When you navigate to the Tasks page in your Breezeway account, you'll see on each eligible task list a button in the top right corner to Export Scheduled Reports (CSV). You will also see in the menu on the left an option to Manage Exports.
To set up a Scheduled Report:
Navigate to a task view (i.e. All Tasks).
Apply any filters, or click into a Saved View you want to export.
Click Export Scheduled Reports (CSV).
In the flyout, you can then:
The Dynamic task list will ensure that you are getting the most relevant reports by showing the current filters. It will also allow you to select the time from of included tasks.
Enter the email address to send the scheduled report.
Click Schedule export.
Managing Your Scheduled Exports
To view or manage your scheduled exports-
Navigate to Tasks -- Manage Exports.
You will see a list of your active scheduled exports.
You can use the Actions menu to-
Edit the cadence, view or report type.
Deactivate a view- this will disable the email being sent, but you can reactivate it at any time.
Delete- click into one or multiple exports to delete. This is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
Please note that report schedules are per user and not company-wide.
Scheduled Report Email Examples
If the scheduled report contains tasks, you will receive an email with the report(s) attached.
If the scheduled report does not contain any tasks, you'll receive an email without any attachments. You can click into the email to manage your exports.
