Pushing tasks allows you to simplify your end of month reporting and avoid manual transfer of charges and expenses.
Guide links can be pushed into Guesty at the property and reservation level.
Push Task Message Updates to Guesty
You can choose to send Breezeway task updates directly to the Guesty messaging conversation as an internal note.
Push Property Status
When this feature is enabled, the cleaning status of the property is updated in Guesty automatically.
Reservation Notes
Guest notes from Guesty are pulled into the Reservation Notes field in Breezeway.
Push Tasks to Expenses
When tasks are pushed from Breezeway, costs on the tasks will be used to create expenses in Guesty.
Codes from Locks Manager
When this feature is enabled, the Guest Access Code is pulled from the Lock Manager. Accounts not using Locks Manager will have the Guest Access Code pulled from the keycode field on the reservation.
Lock-offs
Multi-unit listings created in Guesty can be displayed as Lockoffs in Breezeway. This can be adjusted in Settings.
