Reviews help build your credibility on the network and make it easier for vacation rental managers to discover and hire you. This step is optional, but we recommend completing it before your profile goes live.
Step 1: Request a review
From the Reviews section in your account, you can send review requests to people you've previously worked with via email or phone number. You can send up to five requests at a time. A pre-written message is included to make it quick and easy. You can edit the message to better describe who you are or your previous working relationship with the recipient.
Step 2: Send a reminder (optional)
After sending a request, you can send one reminder to follow up. This helps ensure a response without creating a negative experience for the recipient.
Step 3: Manage your requests
You can cancel a pending request at any time, which frees up that slot so you can send a new one. Your total active requests and received reviews combined cannot exceed five.
What the reviewer sees
The recipient receives an email from Breezeway on your behalf. Clicking the link opens a review page that does not require a Breezeway account to complete.
The reviewer is asked to rate their experience with your company. Only the star rating is required. All other fields are optional. Their first name and last initial will be displayed on the network.
Viewing your reviews
Once a review is submitted, it will appear in your Reviews section. Reviews are also displayed on your profile as vacation rental managers explore service providers on the network.
A few things to know
This step can be skipped and returned to at any time from the Reviews section in your account navigation.
You can hold up to five reviews on your profile. Continue sending requests to work toward that limit.
