How to Drive Direct Reviews via Breezeway Messaging

In your Reva account:

  • Click the dropdown under your username -> Collect Reviews.

  • Choose a revareviews subdomain or custom subdomain

  • Add DNS record provided

  • Email hello@joinreva.com once complete for final setup

How to Create & Assign Breezeway Tasks from within Reva

  • Open the Reviews tab in Reva.

  • Find the review that needs attention.

  • Click the Breezeway button in the Actions column.

    Note: This button will be scattered throughout different pages of Reva's platform, making it easy for you to create an Ops task.

  • A new task window will appear, automatically filled with the review text.

  • Easily modify description, property, category, notes, then Add Task.

How to Track Staff Performance via Reva + Breezeway

Tying guest review with operational data is one of the unique and valuable aspects of our integration with Reva. After connecting your account with Reva, you’ll automatically gain access to the staff performance report, which calculates each cleaner’s average rating, based on the percentage of reviews associated with that cleaner tagged ‘good’ vs. ‘bad’ (through Reva’s AI tagging).

  • In your Reva account:

    • Navigate to Reports.

    • Click on Staff Performance.

    • Click Analyze Cleaner to drill down into each specific staff.

    • Navigate to Insights.

    • Click Reviews.

How to Get Started

  1. Request a demo of Reva and a member of their team will get back to you ASAP (you can also email hello@joinreva.com)

  2. During the set-up process, Reva will get your Breezeway Client ID and Client Secret to connect your accounts

  3. Listings, reservations, and property care data will be imported within an hour, and you’ll be ready to go
