The Airbnb Reviews integration allows you to connect Airbnb & Breezeway, while maintaining your existing PMS integration.

This integration should be used if you only want Airbnb to power Review data on the Insights: Reviews dashboard. If you want to pull properties and reservations from Airbnb for scheduling purposes, read the documentation linked here.

Step 1: Login to Breezeway using the provided username and password.

Step 2: In the bottom left hand corner, hover over your initials and click on Settings.

Step 3: Select the Integrations tab on the left hand side menu.

Step 4: Once you are on the Integrations page, click the Add button next to Airbnb.

Step 5: Once logged in, you will be taken to a page where you will grant Breezeway access to get Airbnb data.

Step 6: Once accepted, we will complete the connection between your Airbnb account and your Breezeway account.

Once Airbnb Reviews is connected, you will be taken to a property matching step. If you do not complete this step, the Insights dashboard will only display company data, and you will not be able to drill down to property-level reviews.

To match properties, simply select a property from the Airbnb list, and then select the matching property from the Breezeway.

Once matched, they will appear in the ‘Matched properties’ table below. Once all properties are matched, select the button in the top right corner of the screen.

Once properties have been matched, historical, and future review data, will begin to populate the Reviews dashboard.

As new properties are added to Airbnb, matches will need to be updated from the Airbnb integration screen. To revisit this page, select the menu and then 'Settings'.

In the top right corner, select 'Match properties' which will allow you to return to the matching step. As updates are made, save all changes in the top right corner.
