Overview
If your Hospitable integration stops syncing because of an authorization issue, you’ll need to reauthorize the connection. This usually happens when Breezeway’s access has been revoked in Hospitable, or when the connection between Hospitable and Breezeway has been disconnected. Common signs include properties or reservations no longer updating in Breezeway.
Hospitable connects by signing in, so there are no keys or tokens to copy. To reauthorize, the Hospitable Account Owner will sign back in to Hospitable from Breezeway and authorize the connection again.
Before You Begin
To complete these steps, make sure:
You have access to your existing Breezeway account.
You can sign in to Hospitable as the Account Owner.
💡 Hospitable only allows the Account Owner to authorize integrations. If you sign in as a team member, the reauthorization won’t work. If you aren’t the Account Owner, ask them to complete these steps or to sign in when prompted.
Step 1: Reauthorize Hospitable in Breezeway
In Breezeway, go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Hospitable and click Add.
You’ll be redirected to Hospitable. If you aren’t already logged in, sign in with the Account Owner login.
Review and accept the terms, then click Authorize Breezeway.
Step 2: Confirm Your Data Is Syncing
Once the connection is made, you’ll be redirected back to Breezeway.
Your properties and reservations should begin updating within about 30 minutes.
Spot-check a few properties and upcoming reservations against Hospitable to confirm they match.
If your properties or reservations still aren’t syncing after about 30 minutes, contact us at support@breezeway.io and we’ll take a closer look.
