Overview
If your Lodgify integration stops syncing because of an authorization issue, you’ll need to reauthorize the connection. This usually happens when your Lodgify API key has been reset, or when the connection between Lodgify and Breezeway has been disconnected. Common signs include properties or reservations no longer updating in Breezeway.
Reauthorizing involves copying your current Public API key from Lodgify and sharing it with Breezeway Support so we can restore the connection to your existing account.
Before You Begin
To complete these steps, make sure:
You have access to your existing Breezeway account.
You can log in to Lodgify and view your Public API key.
Step 1: Copy Your API Key from Lodgify
Log in to Lodgify.
Click the Menu icon in the top left corner.
Select Settings, then Public API.
Hover over your key and click the Copy icon.
Step 2: Send Your API Key to Breezeway Support
Email your Public API key to support@breezeway.io. If you have more than one Lodgify account connected to Breezeway, please tell us which account the key belongs to.
Our team will update your existing integration with the new key. There’s no need to create a new integration or set up your properties again.
Step 3: Confirm Your Data Is Syncing
Once we let you know the connection has been restored:
Your properties and reservations will begin updating in Breezeway during the next scheduled sync.
Spot-check a few properties and upcoming reservations against Lodgify to confirm they match.
If your properties or reservations still aren’t syncing after reauthorization, contact us at support@breezeway.io and we’ll take a closer look.
