Overview
If your Cloudbeds integration stops syncing because of an authorization issue, you’ll need to reauthorize the connection. This usually happens when Breezeway’s access has been revoked in Cloudbeds, or when the connection between Cloudbeds and Breezeway has been disconnected. Common signs include properties or reservations no longer updating in Breezeway.
Cloudbeds connects by signing in, so there are no keys or tokens to copy. To reauthorize, you’ll sign back in to Cloudbeds from Breezeway.
Before You Begin
To complete these steps, make sure:
You have access to your existing Breezeway account.
You have your Cloudbeds login credentials.
💡 The connection between Breezeway and Cloudbeds is tied to the Cloudbeds user who authorizes it. If that user is later deleted or their access changes in Cloudbeds, the connection will stop working. We recommend reauthorizing with a login that will stay active long-term.
Step 1: Reconnect Cloudbeds in Breezeway
In Breezeway, go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Cloudbeds and click Add.
Step 2: Sign Back In to Cloudbeds
You’ll be taken to the Cloudbeds login page.
Enter your Cloudbeds login information and submit.
Step 3: Confirm Your Data Is Syncing
Your properties will begin updating in Breezeway right after the connection is restored.
Reservations will begin updating at the next hourly sync, so allow up to an hour for them to appear.
Spot-check a few properties and upcoming reservations against Cloudbeds to confirm they match.
If your properties or reservations still aren’t syncing after an hour, contact us at support@breezeway.io and we’ll take a closer look.
