How to connect your Streamline account
NOTE: If you are switching PMS Partners it is important to notify Breezeway Support. Adding the integration will cause duplication of properties if you already have an integration enabled. If this is the case, please notify your Account Manager, or Contact Support so we can set up a PMS migration for you.
Step 1: Get Token Key & Token Secret Key from Streamline
Login to your Streamline account
From the Streamline Admin > Main Menu, locate the Third Party Integrations menu (New Dashboard)
From the Streamline Admin > Main Menu, locate the Third Party Integrations menu (Old Dashboard)
Click on Self Service Onboarding
Locate Breezeway in the list
Once located, click on Get Tokens.
You will be provided a Token Key and Token Key Secret. You will need to copy/paste these to your Breezeway account in Step 2.
Note: Only Streamline account Admins will see the 'Get Tokens' button. If this button is missing for you, contact an Account Admin.
Step 2: Connect to Streamline in your Breezeway account
Login to your Breezeway account
Go to Settings > Integrations
Locate the Streamline integration, and click “Add”
4. In the provided fields, paste your Token Key & Token Key Secret
5. Click “Connect”
After you have successfully connected your Streamline account, your properties and reservations will begin loading shortly!
