Step 1: Get your API Integration Client ID and Client Password from RMS Cloud Support

  1. Go into your RMS Cloud account and open a Service Request

  2. Request the Client ID and Client Password for API access to connect an Integration

  3. If you are unsure how to log a service request, see here: http://helpcentre.rmscloud.com/general/log-a-service-request

Step 2: Connect to RMS Cloud in your Breezeway account

  1. Login to your Breezeway account

  2. Go to Settings > Integrations

  3. Find RMS Cloud and click the "Add" button

4. Enter your RMS Cloud Client ID and Client Password

5. Click "Connect"
