If you choose to utilize this feature in your account, it is extremely important to communicate this to your staff because it will not be a visible change to them on the mobile app. We've created an article that you can provide to help explain it!
Settings
From your initials in the bottom left corner of your account, navigate Settings -- General.
Use the dropdown for 'Task Assignment' and select 'Claim Tasks.'
How It Works
Users with Accept/Decline Tasks enabled must accept offered tasks. The first user in a given pool of Accept/Decline enabled assignees will get the assignment, and all others will have the offer rescinded.
Users with this setting disabled will be assigned tasks normally (auto accept).
Service Partner Companies being assigned the tasks must accept the task offer first to the get assignment regardless of the Accept/Decline Tasks setting.
