You have the ability to manually upload reservations into Breezeway, directly from your account. Please first reach out to our Support team at support@breezeway.io to have this feature enabled, then see below for instructions to use!
Once our team confirms they have enabled the Reservation uploader, you'll navigate to 'Reservations' then select the 'Import' button in the top right hand corner.
From this screen, you'll add your csv. You are able to 'Download CSV example' by clicking the link.
You will then select your date format and select the 'Upload file' button.
You'll receive a notification that reservations were successfully imported. If there are errors on the csv, you'll receive a message with more information on the nature of those errors.
Important notes:
Reservation Status column (A) should be 'Active' for reservations to be displayed. If the reservation is already active in your account, you can change it to 'Inactive.'
Your Date format should match what is on the csv. You should use the same date format for each reservation in order for the upload to be successful.
