You can efficiently access and address guest issues and inquries using Messaging Filters. These filters allow you to personalize your Messaging Inbox views to easily search and view guest messages by different categories.
This feature is currently in BETA. If you'd like to be added to the BETA to begin using this feature, please reach out to your Client Success Manager, or our Support team at support@breezeway.io.
When you navigate to Messaging in Breezeway, you'll see a 'Filter' button next to the search function in the Inbox. Once you click the button, your filter options will be visible.

Unread
Group
Building
Property
Property Tag
Next, you can select one or more filter to narrow down your view. Once you click on the filter, you will be able to select options within that filter. You can select multiple options within the filter, as well as multiple filters for a specific view.
When you've selected all applicable filters, you then have the option to save that view by clicking the 'Save as new' button. You will add a 'View name' and choose whether the filter is visible to your team, or to you only.
