We're excited to introduce Guide Localization, a new update that makes Breezeway Guide available in English, Spanish, and French. With automatic translation and language selection, you can now offer a more personalized and welcoming experience for your guests.
Enabling Localization
When you navigate to Guide, you will have the ability to access localization through Settings.
From here, you can select the switch next to any available language to turn those translations on for Guide. The languages currently supported are English, Spanish and French.
When you click Go to template, it will take you to your default template contact page so you can see the language button immediately.
It is important to note that within Settings, it will indicate what language is set for your company. You are able to change your company language in Company Settings.
Editing Guide
Once localization is enabled, you will have a dropdown that will allow you to preview the translation by changing the language. Any edits to Guide should be made in the company language because that is the source of truth for translations.
Guest Experience
When guests receive their Guide link, they will have a dropdown in the top right with the ability to switch languages.
After guests enter Guide, they are able to return to the Contact page to edit the language.
