What is the Breezeway Community?

This is a dedicated space where hospitality professionals like you can connect, collaborate, and grow together. Whether you’re looking to share best practices, ask questions, stay up to date on product news, or just find your people in the industry, this is where it all happens.

This is built for Breezeway users, by Breezeway, and powered by the real experiences of operators managing properties every day.

Why Join the Community?

As a member, you’ll get to:

  • Connect with fellow Breezeway users: Engage in real conversations with property operations professionals across all property types and portfolio sizes. Learn from peers who face the same challenges you do.

  • Get early access to product news: Be the first to hear about new Breezeway features, updates, and roadmap previews.

  • Ask questions & get answers: Stuck on something? Post a question and get answers from experienced users and the Breezeway team. No question is too big or too small.

How to Access the Community

Getting into Breezeway’s Community is quick and easy. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Breezeway account at your usual login page.

  2. Hover over your profile photo in the bottom left corner of your screen.

  3. Select “Community” from the menu options.

  4. You’ll be taken directly into the Breezeway Community. Welcome!

Note: You must be logged in to your Breezeway account to access the Community. If you have trouble logging in, reach out to our support team.

Getting Started in the Community

Once you’re in, here’s how to make the most of your first visit:

1. Introduce Yourself

Head to the “Ask the Community” space and post a quick hello! Share your name, your role, the type of properties you manage, and one thing you’re hoping to get out of the community. It’s the best way to start building connections.

2. Explore the Spaces

Our Community is organized into different spaces (channels) by topic. Browse around and find the conversations most relevant to you, such as:

  • Ask the Community

  • Safety Course (did you know as a client you can access this at no charge?!)

  • Events & Webinars

  • Safety Hot Topics

  • Client Success Stories

  • Video Libraries

We plan to add additional spaces (like Product Updates, Tips & Best Practices, etc) in the coming months, but if there’s something you’re looking for, reach out to community@breezeway.io.

3. Complete the Welcome Checklist

Add a photo and a short bio so other members can get to know you. A complete profile helps build trust and makes it easier to connect with peers.

4. Engage & Contribute

Like, comment on, and share posts that resonate with you. The more you contribute, the more you’ll get out of the community. Ask questions, share wins, and celebrate others’ successes.


Community Guidelines

To keep the Breezeway Community a welcoming and valuable space for everyone, we ask all members to:

  • Be respectful and kind: Treat others the way you’d want to be treated.

  • Stay on topic: Keep conversations relevant to our industry and the Breezeway community.

  • Share generously: The best communities thrive when members give as much as they take.

  • Avoid self-promotion: This is a peer community, not a marketplace.

  • Protect privacy: Don’t share confidential or sensitive information.
