Connect ICNEA & Breezeway

NOTE: If you are switching PMS Partners it is important to notify Breezeway. Adding the integration will cause duplication of properties if you already have an integration enabled. If this is the case, please notify your Client Success Manager, or contact Support so we can set up a PMS migration for you.

  1. Reach out to your Breezeway team to have them enable the integration.

  2. Add the properties in the ICNEA connection and click Create to push each property to Breezeway.

  3. ICNEA pushes reservations in real-time as they arrive- initial batch takes several minutes for large portfolios. After the initial batch, reservations will be pushed close to real-time.

Important Notes

  • Each Breezeway property can only be connected to one PMS — migrating to ICNEA will disconnect the previous PMS for those properties.

  • Non-ICNEA properties in the same Breezeway workspace can remain on their existing PMS integration.

  • ICNEA supports multiple Breezeway company accounts.
