Overview
If your Streamline integration stops syncing because of an authorization issue, you’ll need to reauthorize the connection. This usually happens when your Streamline integration tokens have been regenerated or revoked, or when the connection between Streamline and Breezeway has been disconnected. Common signs include properties or reservations no longer updating in Breezeway.
Reauthorizing involves generating a new set of Integration Tokens in Streamline and sharing them with Breezeway Support so we can restore the connection to your existing account.
Before You Begin
To complete these steps, make sure:
You have access to your existing Breezeway account.
You are an Account Admin in Streamline. Only Account Admins can see the Get Tokens button.
Step 1: Get New Integration Tokens in Streamline
Log in to Streamline.
From Streamline Admin → Main Menu, open the Third Party Integrations menu. (The location differs slightly between the new and old Streamline dashboards.)
Click Self Service Onboarding.
Find Breezeway and click Get Tokens.
Copy your Token Key and Token Key Secret.
Step 2: Send Your New Tokens to Breezeway Support
Send your new Token Key and Token Key Secret to Breezeway Support via email at support@breezeway.io. Our team will update your existing integration with the new tokens. There’s no need to create a new integration or set up your properties again.
Step 3: Confirm Your Data Is Syncing
Once we let you know the connection has been restored:
Your properties and reservations should begin updating in Breezeway shortly.
Spot-check a few properties and upcoming reservations against Streamline to confirm they match.
If your properties or reservations still aren’t syncing after reauthorization, reach out to Breezeway Support and we’ll take a closer look.
