Overview
If your Guesty integration stops syncing because of an authorization issue, you’ll need to reauthorize the connection. This usually happens when your Guesty integration token has been regenerated or revoked, or when the connection between Guesty and Breezeway has been disconnected. Common signs include properties or reservations no longer updating in Breezeway.
Reauthorizing is similar to your original setup: you’ll generate a new Integration Token in Guesty and reconnect it in Breezeway.
Before You Begin
To complete these steps, make sure:
You have access to your existing Breezeway account.
You can log in to Guesty and access the Integrations Marketplace.
You have an active Guesty Pro subscription.
💡 The Breezeway integration requires a Guesty Pro subscription. Guesty for Hosts and Guesty Lite are not supported.
Step 1: Generate a New Integration Token in Guesty
Log in to Guesty.
Search for Breezeway within Guesty, or go to Setup → Integrations, filter to Operations, and find Breezeway.
Click Connect on the Breezeway tile.
When the Integration Token appears, click the copy icon next to it.
Step 2: Reconnect Guesty in Breezeway
In Breezeway, go to Settings → Integrations.
Find the Guesty integration and click Add.
Paste your new token into the Integration Token field.
Click Connect.
⚠️ Since you’re reconnecting an existing integration, you should not need to migrate or add properties. If you’re prompted with property migration or import options during reconnection, stop and contact us at support@breezeway.io before continuing so your existing properties aren’t affected.
Step 3: Confirm Your Data Is Syncing
Your properties and reservations should begin updating in Breezeway shortly after reconnecting.
Spot-check a few properties and upcoming reservations against Guesty to confirm they match.
If your properties or reservations still aren’t syncing after reauthorization, contact us at support@breezeway.io, and we’ll take a closer look.
