We understand that you rely on efficient linen delivery and pick-up, whether handled in-house or by third-party vendors. Streamlining your linen operations in Breezeway is easy, and allows you to establish a route for your internal team or vendors.
Enabling Linen Stops
You will enable this feature by navigating to your initials/avatar in the bottom left corner of your Breezeway account. From there, you will go to General settings. Under Operations, you will find the toggle to enable Linen Stops.
Property Profile
Once you have enabled Linen Stops, a new field will be visible in each property profile, under Details. Here you can assign the property a Linen Stop number, which will indicate the stop number in the route.
Properties Page
From the Properties page, you'll find a column, Linen Stop no, where you can quickly assign numbers for routing.
Mobile App
In the field, users assigned to the linen stop tasks have the ability to sort tasks by their Linen Stop number. When the Sort option is selected at the top of the screen, users will now have the option to sort by Linen stop no.
