Team and Owner Messaging (Beta)

Breezeway is making it easier to maintain clear and efficient communication with guests, owners, staff and vendors. Messaging for Operations is your source of truth to easily manage your operations and collaborate with your guests and owners, as well as your staff in the field.


Within your Messaging inbox, in addition to Guests, you will see dedicated sections for Owners, Staff and Vendors.

Owner messages will be tied to that inbox if they have a known owner reservation in Breezeway.

For Staff and Vendors that have Breezeway accounts associated with their phone number, you'll see an Assigned Tasks section displayed with a filtered down day and time. These will include To Do and In Progress tasks. You can click into a task to additional details on the task.

In the flyout, you are able to manually move a message to a different inbox using the drop down under the name.

Note: If you've manually changed a contact type on a Messaging conversation, it will remain in that section of the inbox.
