Service Providers often support multiple clients and need a unified, organized view of the properties where work has been assigned. The Weekly Property Schedule allows Service Providers to see properties owned by Breezeway customers who have assigned tasks to their company. This creates greater visibility, reduces context switching, and supports efficient planning across multiple companies.
Accessing the Weekly Property Schedule
Roles within a Service Provider organization that traditionally have access to scheduling features in Breezeway can view shared properties, including Admins, Supervisors, and Office Users. Note that Office Users will see assigned tasks but not task offers on the weekly property schedule.
Shared properties are available on the Weekly Property Schedule on desktop only.
Shared properties appear within the Property Schedule -> By Property -> Week view.
When Shared Properties Appear
A property will appear on your Weekly Property Schedule only when your company has a task offer or an assigned task scheduled at that property during the week being viewed.
If your company has no work assigned at a property in the selected week, that property will not appear. This keeps your schedule focused on relevant work and avoids exposing unrelated properties.
Service Providers that are also paid Breezeway subscribers will see a blend of their own uploaded or connected properties alongside any shared properties from companies that have assigned work to them.
Understanding Reservation Visibility
Each property row for shared properties includes a calendar icon that indicates how much reservation activity the property owner has chosen to share with you.
Grey Calendar Icon
This icon indicates the property owner has not shared the full reservation calendar.
Only reservations that overlap with tasks assigned to the Service Provider will appear.
Additional stays not tied to tasks will remain hidden.
Blue Calendar Icon
This icon indicates the property owner has shared the full reservation calendar. See more info in “Shared Reservation Calendar” section below.
Additional reservation bars for the week may appear—even when no tasks are associated with those stays.
This expanded visibility helps Service Providers understand occupancy patterns and upcoming turnover periods.
Even when the reservation calendar is shared, a property will appear only if the Service Provider has at least one task offer or accepted task at that property during the week being viewed. Calendar sharing expands what appears within a property row—not which properties appear.
Tasks on the Weekly Property Schedule
Task Offers
When a property owner offers work to a Service Provider, the task appears as a task offer.
Clicking on the task offer card will open additional task details as well as the opportunity to comment on the offer.
Once accepted, the offer updates immediately and displays as an assigned task.
Accepted/Assigned Tasks
Assigned tasks appear as standard task cards.
Clicking on the task card will open additional details about the task and if in a multi-user Service Provider company, the option to update the assignee.
Viewing Reservation Details
Selecting a reservation bar or task opens a read-only reservation flyout on the right side of the screen. This provides additional context about the stay associated with the task. The flyout displays:
Property name
Stay dates
Check-in and check-out times
Number of guests
Reservation details shown to Service Providers are intentionally limited to protect guest and property-owner privacy. Sensitive data—such as guest names, contact information, booking source, or reservation notes—is not shared.
Shared Reservation Calendar (If Enabled)
Property owners can optionally share their full reservation calendar with Service Providers. This setting is managed by the property owner and may apply to specific properties or property groups.
This permission can be enabled within the sharing company’s Manage Users section for the applicable Service Provider:
When enabled:
Additional reservation bars will appear for the selected week if additional reservations exist
These stays provide visibility into occupancy that may help the Service Provider plan their work, anticipate upcoming work demands, etc.
With this permission enabled:
Reservation visibility remains still remains read-only
Only high-level details (dates, times, guest count) are shown
A property will not appear unless the Service Provider already has assigned work at that property during the selected week
