We’ve rolled out a few small updates to Guides that make it easier for guests to find what they need and feel confident navigating your property information—especially on mobile.

What’s included
Clearer “Get Started” button
The main Guide button now says “Get Started” instead of “Start Your Stay,” helping guests feel more comfortable clicking in and exploring the Guide.Improved mobile navigation labels
Section labels are now visible on mobile, making it easier for guests to scan and move through the Guide on any device.Easier directions and address access
The property address is now clickable, opens directly in a guest’s navigation app, and can be quickly copied—so getting directions is faster and more intuitive.
Guide Quick win: Clearer property details and easier language switching in Guide

These updates improve clarity for guests while reducing manual setup for property managers.

Show clearer, more accurate property details to guests

Minimize confusion around capacity and layouts

What’s included:
Guides now display bedroom and bathroom counts based on property configuration, not inferred bed elements
Note: This update is currently behind a feature flag
A language selector is now available on the Stay, Guide, and Contact pages
Applies to guides with Automatic Translations enabled

Guide quick win: Increased local recommendation limits and better visibility for quick editing

We’ve made a few improvements to Guides that give property managers more flexibility when building local recommendations and clearer visibility into guide template usage.

Build richer local guides for guests
Quickly see which guide template is assigned to each property
Spend less time validating and updating templates
Manage guide templates more efficiently at scale
What’s included:
Local recommendation limits increased from 50 to 100 per guide
Guide templates now visible directly on the Properties page
Clickable Property count that opens a pre-filtered list of properties using that template
Note: Available to Admin and Supervisor users only
