Bulk code creation for smart locks
Available: June 24
Users can now generate access codes for multiple properties and locks at the same time from the Devices page, eliminating the need to create codes one property at a time.
Key benefits:
Saves significant time for teams managing access across large portfolios
Reduces repetitive, property-by-property work when setting up codes for vendors, cleaners, inspectors, or internal teams
Streamlines operational workflows for shared or recurring access needs
What's new:
Multi-select option on the Devices page lets users select one or more locks simultaneously
New "Create code" workflow applies a single code — including name, schedule, and custom code — across all selected devices in one submission
This feature is available to all Smart Locks clients. Interested in smart lock management through Breezeway? Chat with our team today!
Guide search page: upsell and local recommendations widgets
Available: June 17
Upsells and local recommendations content now surfaces directly on the Search page in Guide, so guests can find what they're looking for without navigating the full guidebook or contacting the property manager.
Key benefits:
Reduces inbound guest questions for property managers by surfacing content guests already have access to but struggle to find.
Increases upsell discoverability, creating a direct revenue opportunity for clients.
Delivers a more intuitive, self-serve guest experience in Guide.
What's new:
Upsells and local recommendations widgets now appear on the Guide Search page.
Clicking a widget jumps the guest directly to that section in Guide.
No additional setup required — widgets automatically reflect existing Guide content configured for each property.
Messaging conversation list refresh
Available: June 15
The Messaging conversation list has been updated with richer at-a-glance context so you can understand where each guest is in their journey without opening every thread.
Key benefits:
Spend less time clicking into individual conversations to get basic guest context.
Know instantly whether a guest is pre-stay, in-stay, or post-stay directly from the list.
See verification status, channel, and multiple reservations at a glance — no filters needed.
What's new:
Stay status at a glance: Pre-stay, in-stay, and post-stay indicators plus the guest's stay dates appear directly in the list view.
Guest ID verification badges: If Guest Verification is enabled, you'll see verified, pending, flagged for review, or not required status right in the list.
Multiple concurrent reservations: When a guest has multiple active reservations, you'll see an indicator in the list with the full breakdown available in the flyout.
Channel indicators: Airbnb, SMS, and WhatsApp indicators are back in the list view based on feedback. More channels are coming soon!
Always-open contact flyout: On larger desktop screens, the contact flyout defaults to open so conversation summaries, contact type, and reservation history are always visible. On smaller screens it defaults to closed.
Smart task estimate indicator improvements
Available: June 4
When a task is created with a Smart Task Estimate, the indicator now stays visible in the task details view so it's always clear when a time estimate was auto-calculated. You can also restore the smart-calculated value after manually clearing it.
Key benefits:
Quickly see whether an estimate was set manually or auto-calculated, without guessing.
Restore the smart-calculated value in one click if you manually clear it.
What's included:
Smart Task Estimate indicator persists in the task details view after creation on desktop.
On mobile, view, toggle, or override the estimate from within any task in the All Tasks view.
