Insights is a reporting tool that will give you an in-depth look at your operations and performance.
All Insights Reports are accessible for Administrator and Supervisor user roles.
From your main Breezeway page, you will have access to Insights.
Once you select the Insights icon, you'll see your report options- Messaging, Operations and Reviews and can select any report to see data.
You will only see Messaging reporting if you use the Messaging product in Breezeway.
You will only see Guide reporting if you use the Guide product.
You will only see Assist reporting if you use the Assist product.
