Assist Insights gives provides reporting on performance and gives an in depth look at how Assist is positively impacting your business. You have access to Insights from your main Breezeway page.
This report is accessible for Administrators and Supervisors in your account and provides a snapshot of Assist performance.
You will use the Date Range filter to set parameters to view reporting within a specific set of dates.
The Time Series filter will determine how the data is grouped (example- Day, Week, etc.)
The report includes a number of statistics about Assist, including Total Inbound Interactions, Average Response Rate, Tasks Created, and Interactions by Type.
Assist Interactions include Inbound and Outbound messages, and Inbound calls.
You can hover over a metric to see more information and a definition of the metric.
Clicking the arrows will expand the metric and clicking the 3 dots in the right hand corner of the task will give you the option to sort, export and refresh the data.
