Assist Insights gives provides reporting on performance and gives an in depth look at how Assist is positively impacting your business. You have access to Insights from your main Breezeway page.

This report is accessible for Administrators and Supervisors in your account and provides a snapshot of Assist performance.
- You will use the Date Range filter to set parameters to view reporting within a specific set of dates. 
- The Time Series filter will determine how the data is grouped (example- Day, Week, etc.) 
- The report includes a number of statistics about Assist, including Total Inbound Interactions, Average Response Rate, Tasks Created, and Interactions by Type. - Assist Interactions include Inbound and Outbound messages, and Inbound calls. - Check out our additional Insights Reporting!
